About Mario Guardia

Born in Costa Rica, Mario graduated from the prestigious FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management in Miami, Florida. He began his professional career in the Papagayo area, Guanacaste, where he lived for over a decade. During this time, he witnessed and played a part in the early stages of the region’s transformation into one of Latinamerica’s most celebrated luxury resort destinations.

Building on his extensive experience in hospitality and tourism, Mario transitioned into real estate, specializing in high-value properties and luxury investments. His dedication to providing exceptional client service and a deep understanding of Costa Rica’s real estate market have earned him a reputation for professionalism and attention to detail.
