With over 35 years of visiting Herradura and 17 years of living in the area, I have amassed a wealth of local market knowledge to expertly guide you through your real estate transactions. I began my real estate career in 2007 as an agent with a franchise and quickly advanced to broker/owner, consistently ranking as one of the top producers in the region and across Central America in 2012 and 2015.

In 2011, I completed the real estate course to become a licensed agent in Florida, gaining valuable insights to better serve my North American clients and uphold the highest standards. From 2013 to 2015, I proudly served on the board of directors for CCCBR, Costa Rica’s first and largest real estate association.

At home, I’m a devoted husband to Karla and father to Alberto, and these family values influence my approach to real estate. I treat every client with the same care and attention I would give my own family. As a proud Costa Rican, I offer a deep appreciation and unique perspective on the vibrant neighborhoods of the Central Pacific Coast.

I specialize in resort and second home properties, particularly family-oriented and investment opportunities in Faro Escondido and Los Sueños Resort. The most fulfilling part of my work as a real estate broker is reaching out to clients who purchased through me and sharing the exciting news of potential buyers willing to pay significantly more than their original purchase price. It’s especially rewarding when these buyers are so enamored with the property that they see its full value without hesitation.
