About Denisse Lashley

With over 20 years of experience owning properties worldwide, Denisse offers a comprehensive understanding of real estate from both buyer and seller perspectives. Her expertise spans market evaluation, property selection, architectural assessment, construction, project management, renovation, and sales.

With a background in Industrial Engineering, Denisse is skilled at quickly identifying and addressing her clients’ needs.

She has lived in Nosara for 15 years and currently also resides in San Jose, traveling back and forth as needed. Denisse speaks English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Italian, effortlessly connecting with a diverse clientele.

Beyond real estate, Denisse is passionate about health, plant-based nutrition, and strength training. She authored “Clean Food for Clean People,” which sold out twice in Nosara. She is also actively involved in the Nosara community, contributing to local initiatives such as fundraising for the library, securing funding for infrastructure improvements, and serving on the board of the Las Huacas Community Association.

Moreover, Denisse leads a non-profit organization focused on helping individuals achieve personal peace. The organization works with everyone, from inmates to CEOs across Central America.
