Daniel was born in San Jose, Costa Rica, in 1989, Daniel Snider Saballos is a seasoned real estate professional with a diverse international background. Growing up in Potrero, Costa Rica, until 1995, Daniel’s family relocated to Nicaragua to establish a real estate company that would lead the development along Nicaragua’s Pacific Coast.

Inheriting his pioneering spirit from his father, Steve, who was among the first to promote Guanacaste since 1972, Daniel has been instrumental in many significant real estate transactions in Nicaragua. With 12 years of dedicated service in the industry, he has become a specialist in beachfront properties, leveraging his expertise to promote Nicaraguan real estate.

A tri-citizen of Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and the USA, Daniel’s multicultural insights have enriched his approach to business. His passion for surfing and profound knowledge of the local beaches have been invaluable in his real estate endeavors, ensuring clients’ success in their investments.
