Before entering real estate, Daniel served as Director of Wealth and Investment Management at Wells Fargo Private Bank in the United States, where he advised high-net-worth families and business owners on real estate strategy, credit structuring, asset growth, and long-term financial planning. This background allows him to analyze value, rental performance, and development potential with exceptional clarity and precision, skills that greatly benefit his clients.

Daniel now enjoys life in Costa Rica with his wife and two children, embracing the region’s active, outdoor lifestyle. Originally awarded a golf scholarship to study in the United States, he continues to enjoy golf, hiking, and mountain biking in his free time.
