Monica, a native of Costa Rica, has always had an unbreakable connection to nature. From a young age, she was drawn to the sea and the mountains, a passion that has shaped both her lifestyle and her career.
With over 21 years of experience living, working, and traveling along Costa Rica's stunning coasts—places like Jaco, Santa Teresa, and now her home in Tamarindo, she has had the privilege of sharing her passion for wellness and health. Through yoga, personal training, and body therapy, Monica helps others connect with their bodies and the world around them.
Her love for the ocean has been a constant since childhood, deepened through bodyboarding and swimming in the open waters. The ocean continues to be her sanctuary and inspiration.
Mountain biking has taken her on countless adventures, covering thousands of miles through the lush landscapes of Guanacaste. She has explored remote towns and experienced some of the most breathtaking views Costa Rica has to offer.
A year and a half ago, Monica ventured into real estate, and she is always excited to share why Costa Rica is not just a place to visit, but a place to invest.
